Wedding Coordination Services

There are many possible wedding venues offered by the Dream-Maker Lake Tahoe.  Coordination Services for larger wedding events, such as weddings beyond the package weddings found on our "Outdoor Weddings" and "Mountain Top Weddings" Internet pages (listed on the blue column located right of this page) are also available.  Weddings with guest lists of over a hundred where Dream-Maker would be coordinating a facility or estate location, organizing bids from Dream-Maker's experienced and proven professional vendor list of caterers, photographers, floral experts for decoration of wedding site/reception facility, planning itineraries for perhaps pre and post wedding events (golfing, spas, etc.).  As previously mentioned, this is coordination beyond a packaged wedding venue where packages are merely upgraded to include more photos/flowers, etc., which are offered to smaller wedding groups ("Outdoor Weddings", "Mountain Top Weddings", "Winter Weddings", or "Waterfall Chapel Weddings"). 

Planning the perfect, larger church, estate and/or facility wedding, with its myriad of details can be exhausting for a couple and very stressful for both sides of the family, as well.  It's also difficult to tell if you have selected the best wedding location the area has to offer and whether you have picked the most professional vendors that will deliver, as expected, for the money you have invested in a perfect memory event, like you hope your wedding will be.  We have witnessed so many times before, a couple trying to plan their entire wedding, by themselves, putting undue stress on their marriage/partnership, before it has even begun.  Often, when the day arrives, they are psychologically spent and continually looking at their watches making sure that the next stage of the wedding moves forward in a timely fashion because they have to vacate the facility at a specific time.

Dream-Maker comes with a team of specialists.  We bill at an hourly rate, which depends on your tastes and amount of time it takes to blend the details together.  Hiring a coordinator to organize your wedding is an added wedding expense that is usually about 10-15% of the wedding costs (could be more or less).  Call us and speak to one of our highly qualified coordinators today.  To hire Dream-Maker as a coordination service, first an initial retainer would be necessary to begin research to see what is available at the moment of hire, calling on the variety of properties, vendors, contacts and suppliers accrued over a quarter century.

Weddings performed on National Forest lands are allowed under permit with Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, USFS. The Dream-Maker® is operated in accordance with USDA policy which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, handicap, religion, familial partners or national origin.

Due to the nature of your wedding package, all payments paid the The Dream-Maker® and Dream-Maker's vendor network are nonrefundable. However, payments paid directly to The Dream-Maker® for Dream-Maker products and services are transferable to a new date up to one year from the original date booked. Perishable items (i.e. flowers, cakes) are rebooked at an additional expense to the client.
